How to cut aluminum LED channels or covers?
Step 1: use a ruler to determine the length you need
Step 2: Mark the part to be cut with a marker pen
Step 3: choose a hacksaw with a fine-toothed cutting blade or use a power tool to cut easily
How do I install LED channels
General installation
① Check the proper installation position and measure the required LED channel length
② Cut aluminum channels as needed
③ Mark the hole location to install the mounting clip
④ Fixed the mounting clip with self-tapping screws
⑤ Put the aluminum channel on the mounting clip
⑥ Attach the LED strip to the channel
⑦ Melt the solder joint of the LED strip, remove the wire, and pass it through the hole of the end cap
⑧ Connect the wire to the LED strip
⑨ Install the cover on the LED channel
⑩ Install end caps on both sides(The gap can be sealed with hot melt glue)
