Muzata wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
About Return
- We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@muzata.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The returns of the following situations are unacceptable:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items purchased more than 90 days ago
- Items purchased on sale
- Items not returned in their original condition
- Returned items missing parts
- Customized items
How to return
Please do not send your product back to us directly before contacting our customer service team, as this will affect the processing time of your return or exchange request.
- Contact us to begin your return. Attach your order number, the name and quantity of the returned item(s), and a picture of the package (full package).
- For orders that have already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order for you. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise it will be processed according to our return process.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving your package.
About Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
About Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
